Moments of Gregorian music cause a break and provide a piece of balance between our spiritual part and the
busy routine of every day. I would even dare to say, balance between the inner and outer side of ourselves.
The unity of word, text, music and liturgy appeals to me.
The music, this old and pure, is still alive, or alive again. This gives me a good feeling. Being a singer
of gregorian music, I feel like a tiny little dot but still a link in the greater whole!
Gregorian chant, sometimes subdued and sober, sometimes exuberant, remains for me always fascinating and
attractive and sometimes touching as well.
